Posted on Jan 5 2018 - 7:41pm
This Weekend's MetroRock trip looks to be well attended.  If you are planning on attending please double check that your name is listed in the e-mail sent to the troop yesterday.  If it is not and you want to attend please send the Scoutmaster mail right away.

Since this week's Troop meeting was snowed out we were unable to collect the paperwork for Saturday's Indoor Rock Climbing trip.  To make up for this I need all participants to do the following:
  1. Very Important - Complete the on-line waiver for all participants.  You can do this on the Metro Rock website at: https://www.metrorock.com/boston/waiver/policies (click the link at the bottom of the page)
    • If you are unable to complete the on-line waiver please let me know.  You will need to print and complete the PDF waiver form and bring it with you.  No waiver - no participation.
  2. Print and complete the troop permission slip at this link.  Bring it with you to the trip.
  3. Bring payment for the trip with you.  Check preferred.  If you would like to try our new on-line payment option please see our Venmo announcement.
  4. For Scouts needing rides - contact one of the adults listed int the e-mail yesterday to see if they have space.
  5. Arrive Saturday, January 6, 8:45 PM (individuals registered for the belaying training session must arrive by 7:30 PM)
  6. Bring water bottles, sleeping bag, pad and any games you might want to share.
